EMERGENCY FINANCIAL is for ACTIVE DUTY members.
Most resources are available through local offices of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. Fill out a Pre-Appointment Sheet (financial information) to present to a case worker if you are visiting a local branch. The Society provides, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States - active and retired, their eligible family members, and survivors to achieve financial self-sufficiency and find solutions to emergency needs.
