K9s For Warriors , a non-profit organization, is dedicated to serving the veterans of our military, since the attacks on 9/11. We obtain, train, and supply service canines to our warriors suffering disabilities as a result of the injuries they incurred during the wars. We specialize in Post Traumatic Stress. 95% of our canines come from rescue shelters.
Our offices and training facility are located in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. We offer an American warrior a service canine, complete training, certification, and housing during their training. The only criteria, are : Honorable discharge, medical disability, no drugs or alcohol abuse. The warrior is responsible for their own transportation to and from our facility. There is no charge for our service.
