The Texas Veterans Outreach Program targets recently discharged veterans, veterans with a physical or psychological disability that creates a barrier to employment, and homeless veterans, and veterans that are ex-offenders now trying to regain a role in society.
Veterans Service Center (VSC) located in San Antonio where a “continuum of care” is available to veterans in need, with several optional programs including the Veterans Integration Program and the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program. Additional ancillary services can be provided through the NVOP’s Basic Skills Upgrade learning lab, Clothing Closet and the NVOP Food Pantry. Assistance can be provided as a single service or in combination of services as dictated by the individuals case management plan.
Veteran's Home Ownership Program assists veterans with affordable housing while receiving assistance with the challenges of home ownership.
